Meet Our Team

Matthew was raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, and attended Morehouse College where he obtained his bachelors in Accounting with a minor in Leadership Studies. After his time at Morehouse, he had the privilege to serve as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his skills in team building, organizational management, and strategic planning. Matthew is an ambitious leader who has visions of growth for the foundation, as well as community engagement projects like the foundation has never seen before. His goal is to foster creativity, expression, and intellectual curiosity in high school students who are aiming to embark on their life journey from high school into college.

Nadia is currently working as a consultant for Deloitte in their Customer and Marketing practice where she leverages her 2+ years of marketing and strategy experience, as well as her certificate in business data analytics, to deliver data-driven and customer-centric solutions. Her vision for the foundation is to reach the maximum population, to not only promote our initiatives but also tell the story of the Alisia Nicole Dieudonne Foundation.
