At AND (Alisia Nicole Dieudonne), our mission is to empower the
community through transformative education and addressing critical
issues like gun violence. In the education realm, we're dedicated to
fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation through our
STEM program, with a special emphasis on high school seniors who are
eligible for our annual scholarship opportunities. By shaping
futures and inspiring the next generation of thinkers, we aim to
make a lasting impact.

Welcome to AND, a charitable nonprofit organization. Our foundation is named in honor of Alisia Dieudonne, and we stand united in the pursuit of a safer and more responsible approach to firearm regulations.
Matthew was raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, and attended Morehouse College where he obtained his bachelors in Accounting with a minor in Leadership Studies.
Nadia is a Kentucky native who has made the transition to the Chicagoland area. She obtained her bachelors degree in Finance from Western Kentucky University while competing as a Divison I athlete.
